Volunteers

Without our volunteers' time, energy, and hard work we could not do this sale. Our volunteers are such a vital part to making each sale a success and we are very thankful for all you do.  As a volunteer you receive benefits related to the sale including the opportunity to shop before the general public and receiving a higher percentage of your sales. 

Volunteers are NOT required to consign to participate as a sale volunteer.

VOLUNTEER DETAILS:

Volunteer task include consignor check-in, inspects items as they come in, the placement of consigned items, general sales assistance during the pre-shop and public sale and sorting of unsold items. 

We also need a few people to volunteer their truck and trailer for Tuesday night set-up and Saturday afternoon breakdown. 

Refreshment Volunteer - A volunteer may sign up to bring refreshment in lieu of working an actual shift.  A list of items to be purchased will be provided by the sale committee and will be listed with the volunteer shifts on the volunteer sign-up page. Please purchase the exact item listed.  This option counts as working one shift.

Minors are not allowed to work shifts for the member.
